Audrey Hepburn was born photogenique. When she appeared in Roman Holiday in 1953, she captured the world. There had been no one like her: her unusual beauty, large expressive eyes, sculptured cheekbones and graceful neck. She had a figure of a fashion model, and she carried herself like a ballerina, which she had trained to be. She had a posture and manners of a true princess, and there was something fragile about her.
A lot of people called her “the most stylish woman who ever lived.” However she did not find herself perfect. Audrey viewed herself as being too thin and her feet too big for her size. But she managed to find the style which worked good for her and stuck to it. Her son Sean Ferrer would call his mother “the perfect combination of a series of defects.”
